SUITABLE FOR:
General Landscape applications with plants that are tolerant of heavy, moisture retentive subsoil

Our Moisture Retentive Subsoil fully complies with the British Standard for Subsoil (BS8601:2013) and is best described as a non-saline, slightly alkaline and low stone content loamy sand with a weakly developed structure.  Not suitable for planting environments that require or prefer a free-draining subsoil.

Furthermore, this Subsoil is not recommended for container planting or tree pits.
